The style and handicraft of pearl jewelry are guaranteed to be as shown in the picture, except that pearls are natural organic gemstones, and their lustre, shape and surfaces are unique and unreplicable.
Each piece of pearl jewelry produced will use carefully selected pearls of the highest quality, and will try our best to maintain the highest quality possible of the following three principles of the pearls: Surface, lustre and shape.
About Refunds
- All products are non-returnable or non-refundable once sold.
About Exchange
- No returns and exchange to all "Non-Exchangeable & Non-refunded items" and "Sale items" are not accepted
In case of damage of purchased products, you can request exchange by contacting us within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Please return the products along with all original packaging and accompanying intact (if applicable) either by mail or in person at our store.
- Please ensure that the item and packaging remain intact. Olina Pearl reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item or packaging is missing, intentionally damaged, or shows signs of use.
- As soon as customers' request for a return or exchange has been confirmed, customers will be notified with instructions on a return and exchange of products. Price differences of products are non-refundable for any replacement of products. Only products in the same category and the same pricing method will be accepted for a replacement.
Replacement will not be accepted in the following conditions:
- Exceed 7 days and the items have not applied for the return process.
- Any product that is not in its original condition: The products are worn, stained, damaged by human causes, or returned with obvious stains. We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding the presence of obvious stains.
- Non-complete package: The complete packaging should include the product, packaging bag, packaging box, certificate, warranty card, and any accessories (if applicable).
- The product has been processed, such as alteration, cutting, etc. which are not the original product.
- Packaging with damage or other labels affecting resale.
- Request of return/replacement due to subjective feedback (e.g. colour difference, i do not like it, etc ) on product will not be accepted.
*Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost to Olina Pearl. To protect your interests, we recommend using a traceable shipping service to prevent package loss. Olina Pearl will not bear any additional costs incurred from returns or exchanges, including transportation, taxes, and duties.
In case of any disputes, Olina Pearl reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions without prior notice.
