We are committed to:

  • The style and handicraft of pearl jewelry are guaranteed to be as shown in the picture, except that pearls are natural organic gemstones, and their lustre, shape and surfaces are unique and unreplicable.

  • Each piece of pearl jewelry produced will use carefully selected pearls of the highest quality, and will try our best to maintain the highest quality possible of the following three principles of the pearls: Surface, lustre and shape.



24-Hour Pearl Try-On Experience Service

  • Service is only applicable to Olina Pearl online store
  • Service is only applicable to Hong Kong & Macau area temporarily
  • Refund of purchased products are complimentary within the 24-hour period after receiving the products (calculated from the day of confirmed delivery from SF express)
  • Customers can request a refund on the purchased products by contacting us and returning the purchased products via SF express within the 24-hour period after receiving the products (calculated from the day of confirmed delivery from SF express). Customers are fully responsible for any delivery fees cost throughout the entire return process, otherwise Olina Pearl has the right to reject the returned items and refund
  • No Returns and Refunds are acceptable after the 24-hour period after receiving the products (calculated from the day of confirmed delivery from SF express
  • Any products returned to Olina Pearl will be remarked. Customers will be notified once the entire return process is completed. The refund process might take up to 7-14 days, depending on the guidelines of customers' financial institutions. Refunds can only be credited to the same payment method account provided during payment. The entire returns and refunds procedure are estimated to take up to 1-3 weeks from the confirmed returning date from SF express
  • Olina Pearl reserves the right to reject any refund requests if the products are damaged or lost
  • In case of any dispute, Olina Pearl reserves right on the final decision of any refunds.

  • In order to provide an exceptional and safe online shopping experience to our customers, Olina pearl promises all purchased products through online shop are eligible to enjoy a 7-day return and exchange guarantee without conditions
  • No returns and exchange to all "Non-Exchangeable & Non-refunded items" and "Sale items" are not accepted
  • Products and other components can be refunded once ONLY within the 7-day period after they are received. Products and other components must be returned to Olina Pearl in their sellable state with corresponding receipt attached. Refunds can only be credited to the same payment method account provided during payment, however,  customers are fully responsible for any delivery fees cost throughout the entire return process (including any shipping, taxes and duties).
  • Products and other components can be exchanged once ONLY within the 7-day period after they are received. Products and other components must be returned to Olina Pearl in their sellable state with corresponding receipt attached. Customers are fully responsible for any delivery fees cost throughout the entire return process (including any shipping, taxes and duties). Products at fixed price and other components are exchanged at their original price, customers are required to make up the price difference between the newly and previously purchased items.
  • As soon as customers' request on a return or exchange has been confirmed, customers will be notified with instructions on a return and exchange of products. Price difference of products are non-refundable for any replacement of products. Only products in the same category and the same pricing method will be accepted for a replacement.
  • Any products returned to Olina Pearl will be remarked. Customers will be notified once the entire return process is completed.     Damage of Products

    • If any product proves to have been delivered in a damaged condition (with no fault on the customer's part), please contact Olina Pearl and attach photos of the damage status within 7 days after receiving the product to further discuss the arrangement of product exchange

    • All packaging must be kept intact and the receipt of purchase must be presented, otherwise Olina Pearl reserves the right to reject any request on product exchange. Olina Pearl will proceed to replace the same product after all necessary inspections (refunds and replacement with other product will not be accepted). Replacement request will not be accepted if products do not meet the requirements and will be returned to the customer in original delivery state .

    • In case of any dispute, Olina Pearl reserves the right to make changes to the Site and to these Terms & Conditions within making any announcement.
