To ensure your treasures endure the test of time, we offer a comprehensive 5-year professional maintenance service for all jewelry purchased from our boutique, meticulously cared for by our master jewelers.

Professional Cleaning & Revitalization

We warmly invite you to bring your jewelry back to our Tsim Sha Tsui boutique annually for a complimentary professional cleaning and condition check. Gentle Reminder: Pearls are precious organic gemstones. Any surface wear or loss of luster due to improper care cannot be reversed. Proper maintenance is key to keeping them radiant. Please refer to our "Pearl Care Guide" for details. (Note: Human-induced damage is not covered under our complimentary maintenance.)

Premium Restringing Service

All pearl strands from our boutique are strung using the highest quality dedicated silk threads. To ensure optimal drape and security, we offer a complimentary first-time restringing service within 5 years. (Subsequent restringing will incur a professional craftsmanship fee of HKD 580.)

Precision Reinforcement & Resizing

Complimentary Reinforcement Check: If metal clasps loosen over time, or if there are signs of pearls or gemstones loosening, we provide complimentary inspection and secure resetting to prevent loss.

Bespoke Resizing: Should you require a ring size adjustment or a change in necklace length, our artisans will evaluate the best modification approach. (Subject to specific design and metal structure limitations; material and craftsmanship fees may apply).

Exclusive Replacement Privileges

We deeply understand the sentimental value of every piece. In the unfortunate event of loss, we offer the following exclusive solutions:

Pearl/Main Stone Loss: Enjoy an exclusive privilege to repurchase the missing pearl or stone at 30% off the original price, with complimentary resetting craftsmanship.

Single Earring Loss: Please bring the remaining earring to us. We will dedicate ourselves to sourcing a new pearl that perfectly matches its luster and size to restore your treasured piece. (Quotations will be based on actual pearl and metal material costs).
